Pure, unrefined, and unpasteurized honey packs all of the natural vitamins, enzymes, phytonutrients, and many other minerals to keep us nourished and glowing.

Although it must be used in moderation, considering its high fructose, honey can be a nutritious substitute for sugar, butter, or any flavoring. Also, be sure that the honey is raw and not refined, as chemically refined honey can destroy those natural enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that make honey so amazing. So embark on the beauty and health benefits that this flower nectar has to offer.

I never knew honey could do so much! We have a new farmer’s market coming to my community this weekend and supposed to have organic local honey there. I’m going to have to get a bottle and try this!

Many good reasons to have this product on hand in the home. My family doctor would always tell me, during cold and flu season, “always have a nice lemon and honey tea before coming to see me” – as most sore throat episodes would quickly be relieved by the tea!

I had no idea that honey can activate hormones to suppress our appetite. Having some with hot tea is a great idea after dinner to keep from snacking before bed.

I love using honey instead of sugar. But I’ve never thought about it for the skin and nails, thanks!

I had no idea honey had so many healing properties. I have always used more of it during the winter months, looks like honey will be used year round from now on!

I have to agree about using honey for hair and skin, and it is wonderful! Way better than artificial/commercial products in my experience! My mom used to give us honey with lemon when we got colds, so yes, honey is a little miracle!
