Per usual, the “Big Four” (New York, London, Milan, and Paris Fashion Week) have taken over the September events calendar. Plus, with Labor Day weekend around the corner, there’s no reason not to attend these end of summer celebrations and start of fall festivities.
VENICE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Although the 74th annual cinema festival has just begun, it isn’t too late to start spotting the top international films as well as the most amazing red carpet looks from the events. With the opening film, Downsizing, the Venice Film Festival will crown this years most deserving films with the Golden Lion.

Get a taste of the biggest foodie hotspots or the smallest mom-and-pop restaurants this Labor Day Weekend. This Paramount Studios food festival also holds multiple sub-events ― Opening Night, Field to Fork, Dinner with a Twist, Sunday Block Party, and Flavors of LA.

ELECTRIC ZOO FESTIVAL, NEW YORK
One of theEDM summer festivals, this Labor Day weekend event will be making its ninth appearance at New York’s Randalls Island. Headliners include Deadmau5, Yellow Claw, Snails, Exclusion, and more of the best at this year’s themed “6th Boro”.

CENTRESTAGE, HONG KONG
Although it’s technically not part of the the official Fashion Week, this Hong Kong event hosts numerous Asian as well as world-wide designers for a four-day event filled with runway shows, trade shows, and parades.

TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Another international film festival, TIFF is known to bring some of the most luxurious galas, over 300 of the best film, and celebrity spotting since 1976. The event will also hold conferences from numerous creators and visionaries.

Basically the New York fashion industry’s version of Christmas, New York Fashion Week is right around the corner with beautiful Spring/Summer 2018 pieces just waiting to make their debut.

Just a day later, the fashion excitement and showcase travels across the pond to London’s Saatchi Gallery.

LONDON DESIGN FESTIVAL
Another high-end art showcase taking place in London, this design festival will be celebrating its fifteenth year. Top designers of the event are recognized via “The Medal” as Emerging, Innovation, and Lifetime Achievement.

From Gucci to Bottega, prepare to be dazzled with a showcase of some of the best on Milan’s historic venues.
