First Look at the New Bentley Residences in Miami

Bentley symbolizes British class and luxury since its foundation in 1919. Soon, the British car manufacturer will bring precisely this class and luxury to Miami. The first renderings of a brand-new apartment tower which is set to open in 2026 were just unveiled. Located on 18325 Collins Avenue, the tower is set to transform the skyline of Sunny Isles once again.

Dezer Development is responsible for this particular development. The group has already built the iconic Porsche Tower and Residences by Armani / Casa in the same neighborhood. Bentley designers Brett Boydell and Chris Cooke have led the design of the residences. The tower will be over 70 stories tall and feature 216 apartments. According to the designers, the same attention was given to the design of each of the apartments as to the design of a Bentley car. The apartments definitely reflect on the cars. Modern, yet warm colors dominate the interior. Expect sand hues, different types of wood and marble inside. The furniture will be handcrafted in Italy and resemble the materials and finishes that you find in the Bentley cars.

What makes the Bentley Residences truly unique are some of the perks and amenities. The units will come with an in-unit car garage. A special elevator apparently allows the passengers to be seated inside the car while taking the ride from the bottom floor to the apartment. Every unit will also have its own balcony with swimming pool – it doesn’t get more private than this. In addition, there will be common amenities such as a cinema, a games room, a wellness center and spa, a whisky bar, a cigar lounge as well as a restaurant.

If you are intrigued in the project and want to learn more, Bentley will open a 12,000 sq ft sales gallery at 18325 Collins Avenue. It offers potential buyers the chance to get a first-hand glimpse on the apartments and communal spaces.
