After the recent controversy of United literally dragging a man off their airline, it comes as no surprise that the backlash has been very real for CEO Oscar Munoz. Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have become sources to release the outrage that accompanies a Doctor flying from Chicago to Louisville, Kentucky being manhandled off the plane. In a video released that went viral, it can be seen that the man’s face had been bloodied in the process. Initially the airline placed the blame on the passenger, and it wasn’t until their stock plummeted that United took full responsibility. So what is being done? Well, for the time being the middle-eastern airline, Emirates has taken to YouTube and used a modified version of United’s slogan to announce that unlike United, they are offering passengers to “Fly the friendly skies. This time it’s for real.”
