It’s that time of year when Bridal Fashion Week makes its comeback and definitely delivered. Walking into the Plaza Hotel, guests were greeted with dazzling chandeliers and sweeping staircases to be led to an elevator that would take them to the third-floor Spring Bridal Show held by Berta Bridal.

The Israeli based fashion designer provided gowns that enhanced expectations with plunging necklines and an air of elegant superiority. For Spring 2018, the designer displayed models wearing sexy silhouettes with sheer openings showing off just enough skin to be sexy and classically-chic simultaneously.

Just across town Ines Di Santo was showcasing her Spring 2018 floral wedding gown selection that focused on the season itself. “For this collection, I pulled from Spring herself,” Di Santo told Brides Magazine, “imagining the flowers that emerge in the season and the path they take from seed to sunlight, I have used lace, embroideries, and movement in my gowns to push toward an unexpected place.” The line boasts of femininity and is both vibrant and sophisticated; Di Santos ended the show with a vivacious red dress to give brides another option aside from the typical white dress that takes a step outside the box.
