Chanel Celebrates The New Ephemeral Boutique In East Hampton

written by Global Glam July 25, 2022

Chanel hosted a special cocktail and dinner to celebrate the new ephemeral boutique in the heart of East Hampton. The 2500 square foot traditional, gray-shingled Hamptons boutique has been reimagined as a perfectly Parisian summer fantasy – it feels more like being in your own summer house than in an actual boutique. Spread across two floors, the boutique offers handbags, small leather goods, accessories, Watches & Fine Jewelry creations, and silhouettes from the Coco Beach and Métiers d’art 2021/22 collections by Virginie Viard. The second floor of the boutique is exclusively reserved for private appointments

While the Hamptons summer season is in full force, actors, industry leaders and creatives gathered for a special summer evening beginning with cocktails at Chanel East Hampton followed by an intimate dinner at Baker House. Among the attendees were Sydney Chandler, Lola Tung, Jessica Seinfeld, Amy Griffin, Gucci Westman, Sean McPherson and Yan Yan Chan. After the desserts were finished, the night ended with a surprise performance from singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams. Chanel East Hampton is open to the public until September 5, 2022

Actress Lola Tung wore a black cashmere dress from the Fall-Winter 2022/23 Ready-to-Wear pre-collection as well as a “Coco Crush” bracelet in 18K yellow gold

Actress Sydney Chandler wore a black iridescent wool tweed jacket and skirt, look 48 from the Fall-Winter 2022/23 Ready-to-Wear collection, and a black Chanel body suit as well as a “Coco Crush” ring and earrings in 18K yellow gold and a “Coco Crush” bracelet and ring in 18K yellow gold and diamonds.

Singer Gracie Abrams, performing at the event, wore black embroidered velvet pants, look 57, and a khaki, green and pink glittered tweed top, look 24, from the Fall-Winter 2022/23 Ready-to-Wear collection as well as a “Coco Crush” ring and earrings in 18K yellow gold and diamonds.
