In partnership with Lalique, the Waldorf Astoria, Beverly Hills has created an exclusive wine and chocolate tasting experience in collaboration with Vignobles Silvio Denz Winery in Saint-Émilion, France. The Lobby Lounge has been transformed into a luscious escape inspired by the Bordeaux region of France, providing a calming backdrop for the brand’s most iconic pieces, including the Cactus Table, Languedoc Vase, and Champs-Elysées Bowl, among others. The space was designed in partnership with renowned interior stylist Lawren Howell and LA-based floral design studio ISA ISA.
Sample a flight of three wines from Vignobles Silvio Denz, the private vineyards owned by Lalique chairman, paired with gourmet chocolates curated by Director of Culinary Chef Steve Benjamin and Executive Pastry Chef Mathias Boirie. The menu also includes wines by the glass and a selection of hand-crafted chocolates.
