Launching during Art Basel Miami 2025 and previewed for LPM’s anniversary, The Art of Tomatini marks the beginning of a luminous collaboration between Italian artist-designer Antonio Aricò and the globally acclaimed LPM Restaurant & Bar. Conceived as an evolving, international project, it transforms the iconic Tomatini cocktail into a storytelling journey that blends gastronomy, design, and Mediterranean craftsmanship.
A Mediterranean Celebration of LPM’s Signature Cocktail
Aricò reimagines the Tomatini beyond the glass, translating its spirit, color, and playful energy into a series of collectible art objects. The curated collection includes hand-illustrated napkins, sculptural pepper grinders, ceramic plates, coasters, and a custom deck of cards—each imbued with LPM’s convivial, joyful essence. The series captures the Mediterranean philosophy of enjoying life with simplicity, elegance, and the perfect ingredients.

Artist Statement: Antonio Aricò
“Inspired by Arcimboldo and ironically immersed in an American ‘vegetal beauty,’ The Art of Tomatini transforms the cocktail into a visual and artistic experience. It becomes a splash of color, scent, and form—as if a thousand tiny tomatoes floated through a fluid space, igniting the imagination of anyone who beholds them.”

A Dialogue Between Identities
Aricò’s work begins with LPM’s visual and emotional identity, which he reinterprets through his poetic, Mediterranean lens. The Art of Tomatini embodies a meeting point: the artist’s spontaneous, heartfelt language merges seamlessly with LPM’s refined, effortless luxury. The result is a celebration of simplicity, beauty, and the art of savoring life, where a few perfect ingredients become the heart of an unforgettable experience.
